Copy as a Brand Asset

Most players in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) market focus on graphics, and videos. At Ubelix we specialize in managing, leveraging, and making a brand’s copy assets, including multilingual assets, actionable, that is usable by an automated process such as a computer program. One of the key differentiators of Ubelix is that we make copy assets actionable.  Many DAM systems store copy as PDF or Microsoft Word files. The copy is just a big “blob”with no semantics, therefore it can not be used in any kind of intelligent automated information processing.  Ubelix’s patented approach to copy makes a brand’s copy assets more meaningful, and therefore directly actionable by automated processes. We do this because we believe that among all of a brand’s assets, copy is the one that is the most used, either by the brand owners or its customers, and that therefore managing this asset will reap the most rewards.  We do this also because, ironically, copy is probably the most overlooked brand asset when it comes to Digital Asset Management.
