Potterhill homes came to transmissions with a desire to update their current web site with one that really showed off the beauty and features of their custom homes business. In addition to focusing on the visuals of their product, they needed a searchable inventory and other site features.

New and redesigned features of this project started with a robust searchable inventory. This provides the user with custom search fields to find exactly what is available from potterhill's many different communities in the surrounding tri-state area. The information architecture behind the custom search combines complicated relationships between floorplans, home features, model availability and existing inventory and building options. All together the users experience is enhanced with a custom search feature and dynamic information on pages showing availability within community and floorplan pages.

The new site design combines all the new features and refocused the visuals on being consistent with the branding established in the potterhill logo. The results is a cohesive design that establishes brand continuity and positive image throughout the user experience.
